Gift for 7 year old neice and nephew - Ideas???

My neice and newphew are turning 7 in a week any ideas on what to get them. They have a ton of stuff already. She is really crafty and he like gadgets and stuff (parents have forbidden legos cause he has WAY too many)

How much do you want to spend?

Snap Circuits are great if thet like to build
Clue or Monopoly game if thet are into board games, or Cranium
