Should I throw out a bottle that overheated?

I was heating DS bottle (Avent BPA free) in a bottle warmer and for some reason it stayed on and it was in there about 15-20 minutes and was extremely HOT and under pressure. Should I throw the entire bottle and nipple away because they are plastic? Thanks!!

Yes I would throw it away - but not because of the plastic. But because overheating of milk (breast or cow or otherwise) destroys the proteins and nutrients found in it.

Thanks. I immediately threw out the milk but wasn't sure on the bottle though my instinct is to toss it.
