In the shell, hardboiled, in the fridge.
They are from Easter. We dyed them, but did not hide them outside.
I think they need to go, but want to be sure.
ETA: obviously, I do not know how to edit the title. sorry for the mispell.

I wondered the same thing myself. It seems experts suggest that they be eaten within a week of boiling them. However, many of my friends consume them long after a week.

I read that it is 1 week, the outer shell protector gets boiled off and the shell is porous and so they start to break down. We just threw some away. I think I may have kept them longer before but after reading this I didn't want to risk it.

I keep hard boiled eggs, unpeeled for 7 days in the fridge.

We just ate the last 2 Easter eggs today :-) They were in the fridge.

Just chucked our yesterday as the shells were turning softish.
