What have they used to achieve the varied heights? It almost looks like the jars are on bleachers...

it looks like those small bookshelves you can hang as decor on the wall that you put pictues frames on.

I'd say some kind of shelving or steps..... like something you could get at Ikea.... or maybe home depot.

Or you can just put whatever ugly boxes you may have laying around or put bowls upside down then cover them with the tablecloth and use them as "risers".

My SIL did a similar candy bar setup for my nephew's birthday party last year. We used 2 boxes for the risers that we covered in fabric (used a stapler to hold the fabric in place). We turned them upside down, so the bottom of the box was the topof the step. We also used a couple flat boxes to stagger other items on.
