There aren't any all-physical sprays, are there?

What would you recommen that is non goopy? I know this takes most of the all-physical blocks out of the picture.

Has anyone tired the Aveeno all-physical sunblock stick?

I really like my new purple prairie botanicals sunblock sticks - - much larger, cheaper, and easier to apply than california baby. For a toddler you could use the stick all over -- for my preschooler I use the stick on his face and neck and for an extra layer on the tops of his arms and use lotion everyplace else.

I'm interested in hearing the recommendations too.

I like the Purple Prairie sticks too. And I recently got Loving Naturals lotion based on a recommendation here. I think it is easier to spread than CA Baby lotion or Badger lotion, which I have previously used.

someone recently mentioned a J&J no more tears sunscreen that they liked and it rated well.

I used the Neutrogena pure and free baby stick last year and got less complaints from my DS's.

A lot of people have sugested Purple Prairie in the past and they make a stick if you think that will help you with application

I like Episcential. It also rates well on the EWG list and can be bought from Amazon. It goes on like a light lotion, not goopy.

I stay away from spray - I've never found them very effective and they are not that safe for kid's lungs.

We use Alba Bontanica. I find it rubs in easily and rates well on EWG.

I use Vanicream.........you do have to rub it in, like most physical sunblocks.......but it seems to spread much better than the others I have tried so far.
When I run out of that one I'm going to try the J&J one.
