Teacher gift for toddler classes?

Next week is our last Kindermusik class of the session. This is our first mommy&me type class. Is this one of those gift situation or does a thank you to the teacher suffice?

We never did a gift and I can only recall like 1-2 people doing a gift in the years we did those sorts of classes. You wouldn't go wrong doing it since everyone likes to feel appreciated but I wouldn't go overboard and I wouldn't stress about it.
