How would you fix photo with glass reflection in it?

So, I took a great photo last night at my brother's graduation. Only problem is...there is a huge glass reflection right in the middle of it.

Anyone know how to remove that from a pic?

I have Memory Manager from Creative Memories, and I could clone over the area. I would select the area right around the flash, the part of the window or whatever that looks normal, and then paint it over the flash area. Photoshop has the same ability, but I don't know what else does.
