We went on vacation last week and the new suits I bought were big so I pulled out hers from last summer....all the elastics were shot! This was a Gymbo swimsuit.
We do swim almost daily (chlorine mostly, some ocean) from June - Labor Day BUT she has 4-5 suits so it doesn't get used every day. I rinse in cool water after use and wash in the washer after it is line dried.
I never put it in the dryer. I was stored in her underwear drawer for the winter. Is this normal? I sort of feel I should have gotten more than 3 months use. The Speedo (costco) and Target suits I bought her were in better shape and CHEAPER!
I'm just curious what others have experienced with Gymbo suits.
Any thoughts?
