Gift for a very active 18 month old boy

Please recommentd a gift ($15-20 range) for a very active 18 month old boy. A young couple from church will watch DD this saturday night, while we attend my sister's wedding reception, and I wanted to get something small for their son, as they really are doing us a favor (even though we'll pay them, they are the only non-family members I'd feel comfortable leaving DD with, but they typically do not babysit).

P.S. if it helps with recommendations, both parents are students and money is tight, so I do not think he has a whole lot of things. So something useful/educational/entertaining would be great.

How about a push along lawn mower? There is a fisher price laugh & learn one that makes a lot of noise, but is fun, or one of the regular bubble blowing mowers. That's a good age for a scoot around riding toy but I don't know if they have some in that price range, it's worth checking. I'm just looking around my messy house to see what I see that my very active 19 month old enjoys.

Ds, 21 months, has the Little Tikes mover and loves it. I think they are $25 at Target/Walmart.

Otherwise, anything with wheels...my son loves bulldozers and tractors right now and has a dump truck that he fills with other toys and pushing around the house.

The $5 Golf Set from Walmart has also been a HUGE hit....if we could just keep up with those plastic golf balls!
