Decent dollhouse brands other than Kidcraft and M&D?

Looking to get DD a dollhouse for her 4th bday. We are getting rid of the fisher price my first dollhouse. I don't want plastic. I would prefer something that DD can grow with. Got my DN the Chelsea Doll Cottage. Considering getting the same for DD, but wanted to see what else was out there. I didn't want to spend over $100 though (unless more than one family member goes in on it). I see others when I google, but I know nothing of their quality. I really like the kidcraft dollhouses, but the one's I like are over $150. Any input?

I got DD1 a Plan dollhouse a while ago. Also, I believe Ryan's Room makes a nice wooden dollhouse. I got my recommendations from the Oppenheimer Toy Portfolio- they have a website with all their recs broken down by age.

Just an fyi. There have been stellar deals on the Leaps and Bounds Battat dollhouse from time to time. Usually closer to the holidays. I think they even had a one day "deal of the day" $99 price last year around the holidays. And I know it has gone as low as $142 shipped here and there with promo codes/discounts.

My friend got that one on CL for $60. Of course, her DD loves to come play with our FP pink plastic one, though.

Heather, we decided to get DD a dollhouse and I wanted to get one she could grow into and enjoy for years to come. I searched around on Craigslist and found this one: http://www.realgoodtoys.com/store/productview/110988//Victoria_s_Farmhouse_Dollhouse_Kit. It was completely finished down to wallpaper, wooden floors, paint, carpet, pictures on the walls, etc. It was completely furnished and just lovely! I got it for a great deal and DD loves it.

If you can wait until Christmas, Costco usually has a Kidcraft dollhouse for well under $100.
