Big HA sale in June

I was in HA today. Sales lady told me that in June they would have HUGE markdowns. Only online and in stores (not outlets). Don't know when yet in June.

It's the EOS sale. Starts June 1 in store and June 6 online.

But IME, EOS is just the beginning of the big sales. Late June it gets *really* good!

I am going to try and be good and wait till the rock-bottom prices hit - the $5-10 sale. I've just been looking through the 18 clear plastic bins of clothing that await my DD2! I will buy ahead for DD1 in 120 and DD2 needs something other than hand me downs...;)

How's the discount compared to the current? As far as outfits go I'm all set. But I need tights, training unders and sweatpants. Any idea what the prices might be at the begining? I don't want to hold off till the very end and things I want will be OOS. But still wants things at a discount.

Amazingly, I have exactly none "stored" except for those that are in the consignment bins.

When is there an outlet sale in June? DH almost had to go work near one for a day or two, so we considered making a weekend out of it. Then it got canceled :(

Very Gud items don't go on sale but they sometimes do make it to the outlets.

Some of the VGP stuff was marked down at EOS last summer, at second markdown I think. I definitely got ribbed capris in-store at a discount.

You never know. Usually they mark them down later on in the sale, at the outlets in particular. Their sale strategies and pricing have been all over the place lately.

Yes, this is the time of year I check their website every day or so to see what's left. And many of the things I was eyeing are sold out now too (especially bummed about ALL the rompers in 80-90s being gone.) But sometimes they do adjust the stock a little right before the sale. I like to take my chances.

Some of the Very Gud items that weren't carry over colors were marked down during the last EOS.

I did buy most of the items I wanted during this outlet sale and a bunch of 2010 fall items for next fall. The only things I would like to get is Comfort cords, sweatpants, tights etc. If they're not included in the EOS no big deal. I can go without them.

Called 2 stores, they don't hold items till the sale starts. I guess I'll wait till tomorrow to check prices.

ooh, i'll have to look out for this. might do online since it's hard to get on the phone with 2 LOs. and i just found out that Hanna Andersson is on the list of ShopDiscover (list of vendors u can get cashback from using Discover card)...i think u get 5% cashback. not much, but i guess it could help defray the cost of shipping..

It didn't the last 2 EOSs. Sometimes it will get a little bit lower at the outlets, but not often.

The sale starts at midnight PST. They'll probably put up fall preview items at full price but not add any stock to the sale items.
