Athlete's Foot Treatment while Pregnant?

Help I've been trying to manage a case of Athlete's Foot but can't get it to go away. I'm 5.5 months pregnant and can't find a definitive answer re whether the main ingredient in most anti-fungal creams (tolfinate) is safe to use. It's driving me crazy, anyone have any suggestions? I am deligent about drying my feet after showering and airing them out during the day!

Call your local pregnancy risk line. They know about everything. I would think it would be fine--its topical and its just an antiyeast/fungal.
