How do you label your child's Klean Kanteen? Do sharpies work? Looking for an alternative to using a plastic label.

TIA!

I have used a sharpie, but it wears off with regular use. I usually put tiny labels (like mabel's) on the bottom.

Someone gave DH one as a groomsman's gift that has his name on it. They had made a stencil (I would use cardstock if I were doing it) and painted his name on. It's never chipped, rubbed, or come off. It's a pretty permanent solution, so it might not be for everyone! It's cute, though.

Here's what I did:

I wrote his name with a black sharpie. I then took 4 pieces of scotch tape and made a rectangular border around the name. Then I took some clear nailpolish and did 2 coats over the name. I then pulled off the scotch tape (the scotch tape is only there to make a nice, neat rectangle.

I did this at the beginning of the school year, and it still looks great.

We use Bumpy brand name labels for the kids - they each have a different color so that non-readers can tell them apart, too.

Love that they are dishwasher safe!

Write on the bottom with a Sharpie. It does eventually wear off, but mine (even through the dishwasher) seems to last for a few months.

This is what we use too. We also use camelback bottles and I can switch the bumpy labels around as needed.

I put a label from Oliver's Labels on my DD's 3 years ago and it's still there. It gets washed in the dishwasher all the time and hasn't budged.

I print name labels on my labelmaker. They last through the dishwasher just fine, but not so well with the 3yo who likes to peel things off!

We use these too on KK and Thermos bottles.
