Sorry I didn't have time to post this earlier this week, but life seems to get in the way.
Baby Aurora Victoria was born on Tuesday, May 24th at 9:28pm weighing in at 7lbs 4oz. Picture below.
She decided to make her grand entrance by having me go to my doctor's appointment and during the cervical check my water broke (huge gush all over....and I still can't believe there was that much amniotic fluid in there). To top it off, my mom decided to come with me and I had both my boys there too. I was told to go straight to the hospital and had nothing for my sons or myself. Luckily after a lot of clean up, we got in the car and I drove myself to the hospital. I felt so bad for my mom as she was super stressed out. Everything went smoothly till the end when I felt tons of pain and her heart rate dropped super low. They told me time to push, push thru the pain, and push as fast as I could. I could tell by the doc's face that we were losing her. Her heart rate dipped to 77 and everyone was scrambling. I did as I was told even though it hurt and burned and after less than 3 minutes of pushing she was out and being examined. I can't believe what a blur it was, but I am so happy she is finally here!
I also wanted to give and update on DS1 and to thank everyone who prayed for DS1 with his severe pneumonia. He finally broke his fever with the second antibiotic and is still taking it. Hopefully (fingers crossed) he stays healthy and keeps healing.
Thanks again to everyone for being loving and supportive.
