DS#2 is going to be going to Ontario to visit some friends we have there this summer.
He's 10 year old, around 4'8" and about 70ish lbs (I haven't weighted him in a while).
Does he need a booster seat? Our friend says he does but the Ontario Ministry of Transportation website I found says no.
