We leave for Disneyland in a few weeks, and I need to get new shoes for DD1, who is 8.5 - I need a lace-up tennis shoe that will keep her feet cool and hopefully is green or blue and not girly. Nikes used to be the go-to brand, but they have been changing the lasts.
I also need some crocs of some sort or other really comfy water sandals to trade off with to keep her feet happy. The Maryjane crocs used to work decently, better than the regular ones.
Now the stinky part - she has really narrow, low volume (not big around) feet with narrow heels. We don't live in huge metro area and have limited choices....we've been to the Rack here - nada, and looked at the sale at Nordies here (but we have one of the smallest kids' shoe depts I have ever seen for a Nordstrom.) Not much there either.
Anybody had luck finding anything recently that could work? Really, this starting to make jeans shopping for me look easy and fun....
