So Moms (& Dads) please help! My cousin's daughter's schedule is flipped flopped. she is 10 months old. they also have a son who just turned 3.
any ideas on how to get it changed back? her days are our nights and vice versa.
sample schedule
12:00pm Wakes up for the day, up for 2 hours
02:00pm 1 hour nap
03:00pm Awake 3-4 hours
06:30pm 20 minute nap
07:00pm Awake 4 hour
11:00pm 1 hour nap
3-4am Up for 4-5 hours
Sleeps for 8 hours, recycle
