I have a mountain buggy terrain and am having some issues getting the tracking right. My wife took it out today and complained that it took 2 hands to push and that she had to keep fighting it. I used it the other day and had the same issue and nothing I did seemed to help. Does anyone have a tip to get it right? I really hope I do not have to send it in for repair. It does not matter if I lock the wheel or let it swivel. Thanks in advance.

Have you called mountain buggy? That's what I would do.

I just called MB and they are having Devin call me back to explain how to adjust it.

I will report back when I hear.

I have not had this issue but would like to know how to adjust it too!

Their number is 1-800-916-8442.

Yeah that. Mine also pulls to one side ever so slightly. I also need to refill my tires every 2 months or so which seems odd to me.

does the front tire matter which way it is installed? it's not the same on both sides of the front tire...

Call MB. I posted the number above and they are very helpful. :)

I'm pretty sure the tire is the same on both sides. I can't tell a difference anyway. :p The tracking adjuster is on the right side (if you're facing the stroller) but it's on the actual fork piece; not part of the tire.
I haven't had any drifting issues with mine, and only had to put more air in the tires once in the past 4 months.

I don't think that link is working. Doesn't lead me to anything MB-related anyway. :)

It's a mobile link.

How about this?

It was a MB Terrain instuctional video that shows how to do the tracking adjustment.

Is it this one? Shows the tracking around the 2:10 mark.
