Safety question

My 4 year old sometimes rides in the stroller especially when we go to places like disneyland or anywhere there's a lot of walking. I don't usually strap him in anymore but some people tell me I should. Do you think it is necessary to buckle him in at this age?

sometimes i don't strap in my 2.5yr olds. they spend a lot of time in the stroller tho so they know the rules.

97% of the time when we are outdoors i strap them in... i don't bother if we are only going half a block, but i do if we are crossing streets. i think if god forbid we were hit by a car, they'd be safer strapped in.

i don't strap them when we are indoors unless they are being naughty. i let them hop on and off.
