Ok, how do Gymbo rewards work?

I was wondering if any of you have experience with Gymboree rewards? I joined in September, and I'm sure I had collected enough points for a reward. My tally online, however, is only about 150 points (I have spent at least $300 at Gymbo since I joined). It says they mail rewards in May, but I haven't received anything yet.

Does anyone recall what the point-earning structure is? And how long it takes to receive a reward after they're mailed? I'm not spending more in order to get rewards, but if I have earned them I want them.

Are you sure you gave your card each time? If you ordered online I'm sure they would correct your total, or if you have your other receipts. I would call.
