And Costco doesn't carry it anymore! aaaargh. Story of my life, being behind on the trends. :crying:

Has anybody seen it for cheap lately?

Thanks,
Jennifer

I need one now too -- my Crate & Barrel version broke this week. IIRC, it's been in and out of Costco a couple of times so hopefully it comes back again soon.

Put a suggestion in at your Costco! They really listen to these.

I got something at Walmart last year that help 12 cupcakes it had a lock on lid and and carrying handle. It also can take a single layer cake or a pie. I bought two of them for about $6 each IIRC.

I got a Betty Crocker one last year or two ago at Bed Bath and Beyond which comes with a stand that you put together that's good for a doz cupcakes. Don't remember how much I paid but came out pretty cheap co'z of my never-ending supply of in-store 20%off coupon. They had another one as well that holds more than 1 doz and it comes with a divider that you place in between them when you stack them on top of each other. Also, not sure how much that was.

Does BBB still carry it? That's where I originally got mine. I used a coupon to purchase mine. (It's been several years since I bought it, though.)

ETA: BBB=Bed Bath & Beyond

I love the one I got at the WS outlet -- it carries 36 cupcakes! I think it was around $30.

ooh, I would splurge for that if I saw it. Being able to carry more then 24 is key.

The WS one is the Cupcake Courier -- the same one they have for $17 at Costco periodically. They have it on Amazon now for $29.99 (if you're not picky about color):

I just ordered the Food Network version from Kohls.com:

http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/kitchendining/bakeware/cupcakemuffinpans/PRD~631531/Food+Network+2Layer+Cookie+and+Cupcake+Carrier.jsp

I liked how they were separated layers so there's more room for the frosting on top. There's a 15% off code floating around and 2% ebates.

I have one of these and it's great! Like the one that the PP got at Kohl's. I got mine at Macy's. I think it's branded by Martha Stewart, but it's made by Snapware. As purchased, it can carry 24 cupcakes, in two layers, but you can buy additional layers, so you could carry even more. And what's cool is the little lift out tray that you can flip over to carry cookies or brownies - it doesn't have the little rings on it. Two thumbs up!

I also have this one from Snapware. I got it from Costco two (?) years ago. It came with three levels and was only around $18. I was bummed when they switched to the current carrier because I wanted more levels but didn't want to spend as much as other stores are charging for it.

Ah, came to post the Oneida one.... Saw on SD - http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=3044413 there's a 11% off code - DH11. Should bring it to $18.12 shipped.
