Anyone know of a reasonably affordable toddler sun hat with an adjustable hat band, chin strap, and upf protection?

This is the type of hat that I'm looking for, but this hat is out of stock and shipping is $15+.

coolibar. My mom got this one for DS who is 3. They have tons of colors, and the band can be cinched a ton, and the inner band is fine terry cloth. The chin strap detaches (on one side w/ hidden velcro), but this is not obvious to kids.
