Maclaren Carbon Fiber & Leather Stroller?

I know I am making myself crazy here but I'm curious if anyone knows anything about this stroller...
Maclaren Carbon Fiber & Leather Stroller, Model # CF6506
It's NIB and has been listed for $200 on CL for about a month now but the lady seems very negotiable. Anyway, I have found very mixed reviews and am curious if anyone has any first hand knowledge about this stroller (year it was manufactured maybe?)!

Sounds like the same stroller that sold on Kids Woot a while back. I think it's a Ryder model Maclaren.

People noted that the leather might be really hot in warmer climates but you could put a liner on it.

If you search I think there were a couple of posts about people who purchased it from Woot.
