Do you recommend a seatbelt for trike?

I'm planning on getting the Kettler Go Green trike for DD's 2nd birthday. Should I also buy the seatbelt?

Also, the best price I see is $49 on WalMart's website. Anyone know of any better deals? (Maukilo has it listed for $36 with pushbar, but it's out of stock).

I didn't have it with DD1 for her Kettler Happy Navigator, but she sometimes would lean too far or attempt to get off while I was still pushing it. I got it for DD2 (who is MUCH more adventurous/wiggly) and I'm glad I got it. I think I got it for $20 off Amazon?
