We are expecting our second in February. Our first DS is a bit of a monster. He is now 16 months and 34" tall and 30 lbs. In 8 months, who knows how big he will be. He started walking at 15 months so he will likely not be too strong of a walker in 8 months.

Most of the double strollers have a wt limit in the mid to upper 30lbs. For example the Donkey had a wt limit of 37.5 per seat. Don't want to spend $1500 on something that would be obsolete quickly.

Any ideas?

Look at the MB Duo, the Bob Duallie and the Valco Twin Trimode - all tanks that can hold bigger kids. The MB and Bob will be easier to push.

What are you going to be using it for mostly? Indoors, outdoors, putting it in the car often?
For indoors/car stroller I would suggest the BJCMD. For outdoors, a BOB Rev. Duallie or Mountain Buggy Duo. They all have a 100 lb. weight limit.
Check out Baby Gizmo for great stroller video reviews.
