Rolling over and crying during the night

Please help! I've literally been up every 1 to 2 hours the last few nights since DS has gotten really good at rolling from back to tummy. But it wakes him up when he notices he is on his belly and then he cries. This is happening constantly. What to do? I am not sleeping at all any more and he barely is either.

Unfortunately, every physical milestone will kind of be like this. He'll probably do it for a wk and then get used to it. I hope it is over for you soon.

The exact same thing happened to me when my son was 4.5 months old.'there wasn't much I could do really. In a few days it was over and he was back to sleepig thru tte night. He was a stomach sleeper from there on.
