I have a Phil and Teds and I want to get a handlebar attachment. I'm wanting something that can hold my keys and possibly a bottle/sippy cup or two. I'm tall/short enough that the handlebar can be level.

I'm also wondering about an old style Maclaren. It's old enough that it did not come with a sunshade so I'm wondering what others have used. I got it for $15 on CL and it's barely used so even without the shade it was a good deal.

Thanks!

Christy

LOL. OK, I'm figuring no responses means I'm probably out of luck. I will say this, I LOVE how big the basket is in the P&T so I can live with no drink holders.

Thanks for reading!

I have an older Maclaren that came without a sunshade as well. We had to buy the accessory kit from Maclaren that had a sunshade, rain cover, and seat pad. Then we added a Rayshade to it b/c the Mac shade is virtually useless.

Oh, and as for a handlebar attachment, we got an all purpose one by Sunshine Kids from Amazon. Not sure if it will fit a P&T, but we use it on our P3 and our Dreamer Designs jogger and it works well.

I like this cup holder for AT strollers, but the Sunshine Kids one is nice too.

Not sure about the Mac. I guess you could contact Maclaren to see if you could buy a canopy-- but like the PP said, Mac canopies are not that great anyway.
I wonder if the Rayshade or Protect a Bub canopy extenders would work on a stroller with no canopy at all? You could always order one from Amazon & return it for free if it didn't fit.

Both the ray shade & protect a bub need a canopy underneath to support them.
Didn't Maclaren used to sell an "accessory kit" with canopy and seat pad for the volo- not sure if can still get those. Silver Cross sold the same kind of thing a few years ago, too.
Hmm... Not much help.

I like the bob console on my P&T.

I wonder if something like this would work on the Mac?

I used the SK buggy buddy on my Phil and Teds. But only in singles mode.
I'm not sure how it would work in doubles mode. You could also just pick up a universal cupholder (like the valco)...

I like the Stroll-air organizer much better than the Sunshine kids one for our P&T (had the Sunshine Kids one and the straps eventually came apart at the seam). I like that the central compartment between the two cup holders on the Stroll- air one has a cover since I often stick my wallet in there.

I was just looking at this for my new P&T verve - Do you have to readjust the loops if you're adjusting the handle height? Do you have any issues with it interfering with the fold? The verve has 6? positions I think, and I keep it in the next to highest for pushing but the highest for the fold. Is it easy enough to remove that this doesn't matter?
