We are gong on vaca in a couple of weeks- staying in a condo. I don't have anything for my 17 mo old DD (27 lbs) to sit in while eating- at restaurants we use the wooden high chairs and both grandmas have their own high chair.

Will this seat be too small for her?

the weight limit says up to 45 lbs which we are definitely under, but all the pics I see have smaller babies in there. I definitely want something with a tray- but maybe since she is bigger I should just get a booster without one.

Has anyone used this on 17 months and older???
TIA!

I have 2 of those. I currently have a 35 lb 4 year old and a 26 lb 2.5 year old (and a 15 lb 10 month old) sitting in them.

It would work great and the price is right . Go for it . We have 2, ours plus one at out-of-state grandma's who we fly to see.

DS sits in one at home -- he's over 3 years old, 35 pounds and super tall (with a long torso to boot). I'm sure your daughter will be fine.

ETA: We haven't used the tray in well over a year; we just pull the chair up to the table.

We have 3 of them, and my 5 yo still eats in one if we have lunch in front of the TV - like when I'm organizing junk on the kitchen table. :bag

That is all we used as high chairs, and we used them till the kids wanted to just climb up and kneel... so it should be fine.

2 year old DD sits in one pulled up to the table at home (without the tray). One of the best baby purchases we made!
