Living Socials has Picture People for $25 (originally a $125 package). It includes:

One In-Studio Photo Shoot with Five Photo Sheets: One 8x10, Two 5x7s, Five 4x6s, 16 Wallets, and a Photo CD

Would appreciate feedback on them.

Thanks!

Just make sure you still have a Picture People before ordering. Ours closed suddenly a few months ago and so did a bunch of others around the country.

Thank you all. Hopefully, none of these locations will close down before October.

The locations depend upon where the Living Social member lives. I got the same deal & it was for locations in my state.

Also, does anyone know how "low resolution" the images on CD will be? I was wondering if they would be acceptable for Canvas on Demand.

TIA.

I was worried about the location thing. I checked and all locations are company owned - no frachises - so the coupons should be good anywhere.

I don't think that is great deal. I usually get coupons in the mail or find it in magazine. I think it is same package for $18. You can also sign up for mails, they usually send coupons around holidays.

There is an $18 package on their website, but it only gives you one of each larger size, and forces you to get a ginormous 10x14 print.

their website states the low-res CD is good for "sharing online, digital photo frames, and emailing friends/family." i don't think you can use it to get prints. kills the deal for me!

25 Portraits Bundle Package for $18 In-store Printable Picture People Coupon

You are right it is different package but I really prefer coupon over paying ahead something I am not sure I will use (I usually forget about it). Also we had issues with livingsocial with Amazon deal so I try to avoid it.

I wouldn't do it. Our local store closed without notice. I went every month for a year to get my baby's picture taken for a specific frame and I was going to have everything re-sized to match the month following the year-old birthday. They were closed and along with it, my pictures are gone. I had just bought one of their Portrait Club membership cards. Apparently they had zero warning. People were showing up to pick up their pictures and were highly disappointed. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

Thank you very much for the warnings ... including for LivingSocial.

Thanks for the coupon. They seem to have them every now and then. Using this coupon is actually much better (for me) than the LS deal since they will let me use my Portrait Club benefits with the coupon.

BTW, I have always had luck getting them to scale down ... to give me an 8x10 instead of the 10x13. Can't hurt to ask :)[/
