Cooling dog beds....anyone have experience with these?

I have seen these beds that you fill with water and it provides a cool surface. No chemicals or electricity required. I wonder how they work and if they are worth it. Any one know? Thanks!

We have one and my dog loves it. I have a 60 pound golden mix with very long thick white coat, and we live in Virginia where it gets very warm in the summer. I have had it for about 5 years, with no problems with the bed. I bought the cover with the bolster but it shrank when washed, so we use it with no cover. It is the first place she goes as soon as she comes in from outside.
