All Terrain Kidsport Sunscreen Spray. There are some reviews on it in another post. Some say that it is better for reapplication than for initial applications. But, I was planning to order some.

Kinesys Kids and (adult) Fragrance-free sprays are rated a 3.
It is a chemical sunscreen, not a physical blocker.

It's pricey but we use it all summer long, no burns, fairly water resistant.
It is the sunscreen of choice for my squirmy, picky swimmers and picky runner DH.

Re: the Kinesys
I get it from Whole Foods or from Amazon (we have Prime) or drugstore.com.
REI also sometimes has it.

Good luck!
