DIY Rocket?

DS1 is going to have a "Science Party" for his birthday. I was all set on making film canister rockets but now it appears they are impossible to find! I called a few places and they said that they do get them, but they save them for schools, etc...

SO, anyone know where to get them that isn't too expensive OR know of a different make your own rocket idea?

Which part are you having a hard time finding? I did a quick search and found this recipe.... http://www.sciencebob.com/experiments/filmrocket.php

If you aren't finding the film canisters - there is a link on that page and there are also quite a few on ebay. I would also head to Target, CVS, etc and see if they can give you old film canisters. I'm assuming people still use them LOL

Thank you so much for that website! I ended up ordering from that site! I tried a Wal-mart, 2 CVS, and a Target. I could only find ONE! But at least it let me test it before ordering! I like this site too!
