Lands End Issues?

Tried to shop the sale on LE yesterday but could not save my cart...got distracted and gave up.

Went to re-shop today. My password doesn't work. So I requested they send it to me. It said my email was not on file. I closed the page, went back in and requested again and it said it was successfully sent to me...except I have yet to receive the email.

ARGH! Anyone else having issues??????????????

The email for my password finally came through almost two hours after I requested it! I was already asleep!

ARGH. I hate it when web sites don't work, esp when I'm trying to order!

Call them. They have great customer service and would be more than happy to help you out.
