Preferably in the 128 area or Boston.

I have had nosebleeds since last October, chalked them up to high blood pressure in pregnancy. 2 months postpartum still had blood every time I went to blow my nose. The soft tissue lining was always irritated. My PCP recommended ENT just told me I have a deviated septum. That was it, no further investigation, no other suggestions besides surgery. Since he did not seem concerned, I left it alone, but the problem is getting worse. I was not born with a deviated septum nor did I have any recent or ever injuries to my nose/face. For a month now, feels like there is a scab in my nose that will not heal (I do not pick on it) and the deviated septum side looks like it had grown more. I have definitely noticed more breathing problems, especially when asleep. Soft lining irritation seems to be on both sides. I think it is time to have a more serious look at this. If any of you had a similar problem, I would love to hear about it in addition to doctor recommendations.

Thanks!

DS saw Micheal Cunningham at MGH. Different issue than yours but he came highly recommended by my work colleagues (physicians).

Thank you! I looked him up, unfortunately he is not taking any new patients, plus he is a pediatric doctor, not sure if he would have even seen me. The search continues.
