craft idea: toilet paper

By accident I bought 12 roles of the scratchiest/thinnest toilet paper known...Dh and DS refuse to use it. And, frugal me kinda agrees...it's really bad, apparently great for septic tanks according to the packaging, probably because there's barely any paper in this toilet paper.

So...what can I do with 12 rolls of toilet paper????

Donate it to the highway department to use on newly-repaved cracks in the roads? :) Use it at a bridal shower (give a couple rolls to each group of guests to decorate one of their group members as a bride; vote on the winner(s) later)... TP your frenemy's house...:rotflmao:

A friend of mine is a preschool teacher and during the last week of school she lets her class run around the gym unrolling rolls of TP. Then they gather it all up and make paper out of it - adding flowers & leaves from the garden. I found these instructions:
