Help making tshirt design with felt

So, I'm not typically creative but I saw some cute tshirts on Etsy that people had made using felt cutouts. I spent all kinds of time cutting out my felt designs only to realize that the fabric glue I bought doesn't seem to really adhere felt to felt. I didn't realize how absorbent the felt would be.

I don't sew and was hoping for an easy project, sort of like gluing stuff to paper when I was a kid. LOL Any suggestions on how to get my felt to stick to other pieces of felt and then ultimately the whole thing to stick to a tshirt?

you are looking for a product called fusible web. Some brand names are wonder under and heat n bond. You can buy it at a fabric store (and probably a craft store). It comes in different weights/strengths depending on the fabric you are using.

It adheres to your fabric with an iron - so no sewing skills needed.

You could also use felt glue!
