We really need to start eating more fish around here. I figured buying frozen fillets would be the best and easiest solution for me. Do you have a favorite type of fish? What should I be on the lookout for? I have Stop & Shop, BJs, Super Walmart, TJs and Target near me (sadly no Costco). TIA!

We like tilapia and mahi mahi. Also salmon.

I like having Trader Joes frozen salmon fillets in my freezer for a no brainer healthy dinner-as long as you remember to throw them in the fridge in the morning-they are so quick to make! That salmon is also wild caught!

ETA: TJ's also has salmon burger patties that may be an interesting option for you.

We love the wild caught frozen salmon too. It makes a great, quick weeknight meal.
