Stomach virus/gas symptoms...

Since yesterday I have been having stomach pains like I have a stomach bug intermittently. I also feel I have gas and not sure if that could be causing it.

I am 30 weeks and feeling a little concerned now. I am not sure I have diarrhea, so even if its a bug or virus it seems to be a mild one. Should I call my OB or will things clear off on their own?

I think I would call.

If you were feeling sick/stomach pains all the time, it might not worry me, but it's the intermittent nature that makes me think you should call just in case you are actually having contractions.

Much better to call and get checked and be safe than sorry. Hope it's nothing.

It could very well be gas pain, I get horrible gas pains while pregnant. I would wait things out there isn't much your ob can do. If you do start to have diarrhea you can eat the BRAT foods and stay well hydrated. The big thing to watch for is dehydration, if you have diarrhea for more than 24hrs I would call your ob so they can make sure you aren't getting dehydrated. Hope you feel better.

Eta: if you think it's contractions then definitely call
