Sorry, don't have time to go through the Back to School thread to see if this was mentioned, but regardless, I think this is a good deal on these little books and wanted to mention it separately as we use these around the house and for drawing for my preschooler.

Are these the regular 8x10 lined ones? Wide or college ruled?

They are .50 each at CVS/Longs which is a better deal. They have blank/wide/college. I bought a ton of the blank books for DD and DS to draw in. We use them all year long.

Those that I saw at my Costco were the traditional black and white mottled covers, wide ruled. They looked like the standard size, but I don't know what the measurements of "standard size" are.

OK - they are 40 cents each at Walmart and Target, so if they are the same page count, etc., 6 books would be $2.40.

The Costco ones are wide-ruled. 100 sheets per book. 9.5'' x 7.5''.

Just checked my cvs and they are $3.19?? How did u get 50 cents?
