My preschool needs some baking supplies - measuring cups and spoons, cookie sheets, bowls, etc.
Where do I go to get great deals on new baking supplies? Any deals at Target, etc., right now?

Thrift shops. Not new but usually better than what is being sold currently. I know when we have closed up my grandparents house we took a lot of good quality baking supplies to Goodwill.

How about your grocery store? Ours (Stop & Shop) sometimes has baking pans/sheets for $5 and each week there is a special
AC Moore has Wilton and you can use a 40-50% coupon on them.
Christmas Tree Shop?
Bed Bath and Beyond w/ a 20% off coupon?
Or, Homegoods, TJ Maxx, etc usually has good prices.

They have to be new - our preschool needs to meet kosher standards, so used won't work!
I have a TJMaxx and BBB near. Hmmm, or maybe Target has them on 75% off sale?!?!

Do you have a Sams Club near you? They have a good selection and good quality, and cheaper then anywhere else.

i have seen this stuff VERY RARELY go on 75% off sale at target...but you have to stalk. and it's not a "guarantee" like seasonal, clothes or even most toys..... sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't...
sounds like you need the stuff NOW-ish. i wouldn't count on target. :(

I think you can prob find them the cheapest at Walmart (I've bought them there for our water table). Sometimes the back to college stuff has kits w/a bunch of this stuff packaged together cheaply.

Not the greatest deal, but Michael's has a 25% off entire purchase coupon this week:

I was going to suggest Michael's (if you live near where I am) for Wilton stuff. Same thing, use the 40% off coupon.
