My kids bring their lunch and are also required to bring a seperate snack. Last year I used the Snack Sak. I'm wondering if I should order more of those (b/c I'll have 2 kids in school this year) or if there is something else out there worth trying. TIA

I just use a small plastic container. Like this:

I used a reusable lunch bag that I picked up at Old Navy for $5. It worked great, lasted through kindergarten and still looks fine.

I put snacks in baggies the kids can throw away (ziplocs etc...). I put the snacks in their luchbox with a label that says snack on it. I do this b/c my kids were throwing out containers I bought for the snacks.

I sent my girls snack and lunch (she is 12 months old) in this panda:

We used Lunchbots yellow lidded containers for DS after school snack. It fit in the front pocket of his backpack perfectly, so he always knew where to find his snack for after-school care.He managed to lose one of the two containers we had for him. For his morning snack we usually sent a banana, prepackaged snack or something in a Ziploc.

DD has to bring a separate snack too. I stocked up on small SS containers and use those to send snacks.
Indian stores usually have them in a variety of sizes.
