Main requirements are that it's not sleeveless (should be short-sleeved) and navy blue. Doesn't have to be super fancy, either.
And ideas?

Oh, and would like it to be under $50, but def under $100.

Well, at the risk of sounding like Debby Downer, I am not sure you'll be able to find a maternity bridesmaid dress for less than $100. But I have been in two weddings at 8 months pregnant, and most bridal shops do carry maternity styles in many colors.

David's Bridal has a bunch and a few are in the $99-129 range: http://www.davidsbridal.com/Browse_Bridal-Party-Features-Maternity-Appropriate

Maybe try Ebay?

Do you have an H&M near you? They carry maternity. Just a thought!

Unfortunately all the ones at David's Bridal are sleeveless and that won't work. I think that's going to be my biggest challenge--finding one with sleeves (short-sleeves or 3/4).

It really doesn't have to be that fancy, either. Really I'm just looking to find ANY blue dress with sleeves that will fit at this point!

Maybe you could find an empire waist dress that's long and have it hemmed or tailored to tea length with more length in the front. Then it covers the belly won't be asymmetrical on the bottom, and can be taken in around the back to be more flattering. You can buy a cheaper, nonmaternity dress (maybe a floor sample at a bridal shop??) and spend a bit more on the tailoring work.

This is what I did in a similar situation. I got an Empire waist dress that was about 2 sizes larger than my normal size. The tailor I went to only ended up doing minor adjustments to shorten the straps/make the bust fit. I think it only cost $20 for the alteration.
