View Full Version : Need suggestions for a difficult leg home workout

I used to lift a ton at the gym and other than lunges, I cannot think of other difficult leg exercises to do at home. I used to do tons of squats and lunges in a smith machine because my legs only respond to more rigorous legwork.

Any ideas?

You can do more squats, longer squats, deeper squats, pulsing squats, slower, etc.

I do plyometrics on the days when I just can't get to the gym. It's a real love/hate relationship though ~ I love the results I get with the cardio added in but absolutely hate doing them!!!

Burpees, box jumps, lateral skip-overs, rock star hops, squat jumps, lunges, etc
