We want to take advantage of the SW Paint Sale. I stopped in today and they gave me a HUGE thing of paint swatches, definitely looks like something they give the pro's! Anyway.....need to choose. Tonight.

New construction
7 Ft Ceiling
White and Black Porceline Tile Floor
High Hat Lights, 2 exterior windows @ grade level
6 Ft Sliding Door at the end of the room to outdoors but for the most part the room is below grade.

Spam with me with color ideas! We're going to put up memorabilia on at least one wall ala Applebee's - things on an angle, sports and car related.

The felt on the pool table will be burgundy and the table itself is a darker wood (can't exactly recall).

How cool is it that you're doing a billiards room?

I love when rooms like that have a really club-y feel, with a darker paint colors. Not sure if you think that might make the room too dark, but I feel like a billiard room should be kind of subdued, KWIM?

I wouldn't have thought grey initially, but I love the way both of the grey billiard rooms look on this site (see pics 1 and 4), and it would probably compliment both the burgandy felt and the black/white floor:

SW has some nice greys, depending on your preference for warmer or cooler:

Maybe a dark green to play off the floor and felt, or even a more sedate/lighter color (like a soft white) with one dark accent wall to avoid having the room be too dark, kind of like this one?--SW actually has a really nice green called Billiard Green: http://www.sherwin-williams.com/do_it_yourself/paint_colors/ideas/color/SW0016_billiard_green/ and Hunt Club is also nice http://www.sherwin-williams.com/do_it_yourself/paint_colors/ideas/color/SW6468_hunt_club/

There's apparently an entire site where people post and discuss the pics of their home billiard rooms, if you want to take a look (yes, I'm home and bored on Saturday night, LOL!):
