Thanks for posting, nothing jumps out at me but I'll keep looking. I read a good review for The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake but the Amazon reviews are only average.
I'm not sure if you do this but I like to load my kindle up with the free book samples so when I'm ready to start a new book, I have some 'meaning to reads' on hand and I can check out the author's style.

Hope I find a few cheap gems :)

i liked 'particular sadness', enough to recommend it if it's .99! also consider 'pride & prejudice & zombies' if you like p&p. it was really funny.
