How does Tea Collection run?

I saw some cool t-shirts that I would like to order for my
son. He is almost 7 years old. He is completely average
in height and weight.

For some reason, I remember thinking that Tea Collection ran
small. Is this true?

Yes, they usually run a size small so I always size up.

I wrote to them about a recent order and asked about shrinkage and stuff running smaller. They replied that it USED to be that way, but that the current stuff has been preshrunk. She said that it should run much more TTS now. It's cut more narrow than maybe Boden or Hanna, but the length seems appropriate for the size. I may photograph a new Tea and a new Boden shirt and do a before/after just to see...

i just received my first order from tea and had to return most of the order because it was to big. i szd. up because i had remember reading on here that tea runs small, well maybe that was the case before but for what we order not so now.
