What is your favorite online store to buy shoes? I usually buy from Shoebuy.com but lately I have had terrible luck finding the sizes I need (in kids and adults)
and the sales are so-so. What stores have you had good luck with?

I've been ordering from Zappos for almost 10 years and have only had a problem with them once when I dealt with a customer service rep who was kind of obnoxious.

Zappos is great. I also buy quite a few shoes from Amazon, when they have sales.

For brands where I am pretty confident about sizing, Sierra Trading often can not be beat for its low prices. But there are not free returns/shipping so that's a drawback.

I :heartbeat: Zappos too! I am willing to pay more for free overnight ship and returns - as someone who hardly ever gets to a store, I love being able to try on different sizes and styles. Shoebuy.com is also fairly easy to do returns but they don't have *everything* like zappos does.


For brands where I am pretty confident about sizing, Sierra Trading often can not be beat for its low prices. But there are not free returns/shipping so that's a drawback.

I agree with this too; if you are buying a tried and tested article STP is great (they have those silly free ship treasure hunts which you can usually get links through various sites). Ditto with 6pm.com - if you are pretty sure you won't need to return.

I actually get free shipping from Zappos because I am a VIP customer.

But, like I said, I've been shopping with them for almost 10 years, so maybe it's a new perk?

I love Zappos too and often pay a little more so I can utilize the free return option.
