If I make Mama Molly's Salsa Chicken in the crockpot....can I use thawed chicken breasts? I would assume so, and if so, then how long to cook? Thanks!

I make that with thawed chicken. I cook it on low for about 7 hours then I shred the chicken with two forks, add a little more salsa and some frozen (TJ's) grilled peppers and cook for another 1/2-hour.

Here's the recipe:

Frozen (yes! FROZEN!!!) chicken breasts
Can of beans, drained
Can of corn, drained
Jar of Salsa

Dump ingredients in, put on the cover, cook on low over night or while at work (on high for about 4 hours) remove the chicken to shred, serve on rice with a dollop of sour cream or cream cheese stirred in.
