Yes, the two packs (one straw, one beverage bottle) were $15.xx at my Target too. I am still hoping they will go lower but I haven't been since Monday night.

Yes, they are essentially the same just bigger. The top straw parts are interchangeable, the bottom piece is obviously longer.

I like my insulated KK for iced coffee. I just stick a straw through the hole in the lid or sip it out of the top.

I have the 16oz (http://www.reuseit.com/store/klean-kanteen-insulated-wide-stainless-steel-reusable-water-bottle-p-2217.html) but there's also a 20oz and a 12oz. It keeps things cold like no other travel mug I've ever used. I use the Cafe Ca (http://www.reuseit.com/store/klean-kanteen-caf%C3%A9-wide-p-2219.html)p with it.
