I need a dress for my sister's wedding. It's hebe her second time around. The wedding is being held at 5pm at a Country Club on the water. Everything will be held at the same location.

The cut and lenght of the dress is good for me. Not sure if it's to low cut. Is it dressy enough? What do you guys think?
